Three deeds were recorded in New Ashford between Sept. 11 and Oct. 10, on Mallery Road, Beach Hill Road and Route 7. None of the three deeds includes a sale price yet, so no price range or median can be reported this period; figures may appear in registry data in the coming days. Two of the three transfers, on Beach Hill Road and Route 7, kept the properties within the same family, moving from an individual owner to family members or into a revocable trust. The remaining transfer, at 227 Mallery Rd., moved from Adams Community Bank to Michelle and Kurt Singer. Overall transaction volume was in line with New Ashford's typically low monthly deed count.
