Planning Board approves lot reconfiguration for Lacasse property on Route 7.

New Ashford Planning Board unanimously approves Form A subdivision at 91 Route 7. Surveyor Pat McColgan presented plans to reconfigure the Lacasse property into two lots, each meeting town frontage and acreage requirements, and the five-member board signed off without dissent. Chair Diane George separately reported that the state rejected the original submission of proposed ADU bylaws due to missing information; George and the Town Clerk resubmitted a revised form and are awaiting response.
