Chair Jason Jayko and Member Mark Phelps voted to bind the town through FY27, with quarterly billing and direct permit fee collection; MLP Manager Ken McInerney abstained. The board also adopted a $758,413 FY27 budget--a $90,464 increase--and added warrant articles for an $8,000 outdoor gathering area at Town Hall and Town Hall basement repairs.
The gathering space is part of Maria Welch's Girl Scout Gold Award project, which the Historical Commission endorsed.
