New Ashford Select Board okays $804.52 furnace parts purchase and commission appointment. Chair Jason Jayko, along with board members Ken McInerney and Mark Phelps, unanimously approved the spare-parts expenditure and appointed Robert Lyon to the Historical Commission. Road Commissioner Keith Lacasse reported completing base-material and grading work on three roads, replacing a culvert on Gleylock Road, and repairing the salt shed door; the town did not receive grants for Gleylock Road or culvert work, though MassDOT may cover costs for Roys Road bridge repairs.
