New Ashford recorded two property deeds between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26, both involving the Demyer family: a Sept. 14 transfer of 330 Rte. 7 from Stephen W. Demyer into a revocable trust in his name, and a Sept. 25 transfer of 142 Beach Hill Road from Cheryl E. Demyer adding Travis E. Demyer to the deed. Neither sale price is yet available in registry records. With only two transactions, there isn't enough data to calculate a median price or price range, or to characterize the period's market tone.
