Three property transfers were recorded in New Ashford between July 10 and Aug. 8, but only one disclosed a sale price. That sale, an $85,000 purchase by Dale F. and Joannia Trottier from J W Kellys Enterprises Inc, closed July 22 and sets the period's only reported price and median. The other two transfers both involve 95 Roys Rd: an Aug. 6 deed from Valentina Marie Clermont and an Aug. 4 mortgage discharge naming the Estate of Richard F. Clermont as seller and Citizens Bank N.A. as buyer. Neither disclosed a price.
