Three New Ashford property transfers recorded in July, including bank transaction on Roys Road
Three property transfers were recorded in New Ashford between July 10 and Aug. 8, but only one had a sale price recorded. That sale, an $85,000 purchase by Dale F. and Joannia Trottier from J W Kellys Enterprises Inc, closed July 22 and sets the period's only reported price and median. The other two transfers both involve 95 Roys Rd: an Aug. 6 deed from Valentina Marie Clermont and an Aug. 4 mortgage discharge naming the Estate of Richard F. Clermont as seller and Citizens Bank N.A. as buyer. Neither had a price recorded. With pricing data available for just one of three transfers, the record set does not support broader conclusions about market conditions this period.
